Emily Kruger

While Emily values her competitive sport experience (she's played professionally in Iceland and with the Portland Thorns), she left that world to pursue her belief in the potential of sport to create thoughtful, empathetic, awesome humans. Coaching soccer with a focus on life skills and social development is truly her passion!

Emily's favorite soccer player is Briana Scurry because she's fierce on the field and chill off of it. When asked where in the world Emily would like to live she said, "I can see myself living in México, Spain or Costa Rica. There are also a lot of countries I think I'd like to live in that I've never been to: Cuba, Brazil, and Ecuador jump to mind!" If she was stranded on a deserted island and could only bring three items Emily would bring her journal+pen, a soccer ball and ALL her friends!
